B-Fore is a high-performance cleanroom fabric designed for industries where it is essential to protect products from static dissipative charges as well as airborne particles and lint.
Today's alternative to costly disposables, state-of-the-art 100% polyester fabrics that assure contamination control, increase worker's comfort and reduce environmental costs.
B-Fore's super-dense weave of 100% microdenier polyester fibers, with over 19,000 filaments per square inch, meets the highest standard of particulate control. A microengineered carbon fiber grid dissipates electrostatic charges and minimizes manufacturing defects in our cleanroom garments.
B-Fore is 99% Polyester/1% Carbon
B-Fore with Nano-Seal™ Technology is a step up from B-Fore in both ESD and particulation performance. This fabric utilizes the same base yarns as B-Fore, but is enhanced with Nano-Seal™ technology. The addition of this technology results in reduced particulation demonstrated by both Helmke Drum and Body Box testing.
B-Fore with Nano-Seal™ Technology provides improved ESD for superior static dissipation throughout the garment's life. Even after 100 cleanroom launderings, this carbon fiber grid maintains its low surface resistivity and particulation performance.
